Reddit / Quora Social Engagement Specialist

Overview:

We’re looking for a sharp, AI-savvy Social Engagement Specialist to plug into Reddit, Quora, and >Facebook communities related to home improvement. Your mission: engage in real conversations, provide helpful input, and strategically drop our links without getting flagged or banned. No spammy garbage—just solid, believable interactions that build trust and drive traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage Reddit, Quora, and Facebook accounts that appear human, helpful, and community-first.

Use AI tools (like ChatGPT or Jasper) to generate intelligent, natural-sounding responses at a 10th-grade English level or higher.

Participate in discussions across relevant threads and groups—answering questions, sharing knowledge, and building rapport.

Strategically include our links in every 4th post or so, ensuring it feels organic and non-promotional.

Maintain a detailed spreadsheet tracking post URLs, engagement, link drops, accounts used, and dates.

Adapt tone and message per platform to blend in and avoid detection or bans.

Stay current on platform rules and adjust tactics to remain compliant.

Required Skills:

Fluent in English with a solid grasp of grammar, tone, and platform-specific lingo.

Experience using AI tools to write or respond quickly and intelligently.

Fast account setup and identity management without raising red flags.

Strong attention to detail—every move needs to be trackable and deliberate.

Common sense and discipline to not over-post or trip moderation alarms.

Bonus Points If You:

Know the home improvement space—DIY, contractors, repairs, renovations.

Have a history of building karma or trust on Reddit or a similar platform.

Can handle light design (Canva-level) for posts or profile polish.
