Reddit & Quora Engagement & Community Marketing

We are an education-focused company helping students succeed in AP courses through high-quality learning resources, tutoring, and self-paced programs. We’re looking for a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs) based in the Philippines to engage on Reddit, Quora, and other online communities to naturally promote our services while providing value to users.

Job Overview:

We are seeking proactive, resourceful, and internet-savvy VAs to engage with targeted subreddits, Quora topics, answer questions, participate in discussions, and subtly promote our services in an organic and community-friendly way. The ideal candidate should understand Reddit and Quora culture, have strong written communication skills, and be able to identify engagement opportunities without coming across as spammy.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate in relevant subreddits and Quora discussions, engaging in conversations related to AP courses, tutoring, self-paced learning, and academic success.

Build a credible presence by contributing helpful, thoughtful, and non-promotional comments before introducing our services when appropriate.

Identify trending topics, questions, and discussions where our expertise can provide value.

Craft compelling, high-quality responses that align with Reddit’s and Quora’s community guidelines.

Monitor Reddit threads, Quora questions, and discussions to address student concerns, answer inquiries, and guide users towards our solutions.

Develop strategies to increase awareness of our brand through authentic engagement.

Maintain a content calendar to track engagement and report on insights, trends, and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Prior experience with Reddit, Quora, online forums, or community engagement is preferred.

Excellent written English with a natural, conversational tone.

Understanding of Reddit’s and Quora’s culture, rules, and best practices.

Ability to blend organic engagement with subtle marketing tactics.

Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Experience with social media marketing, content writing, or customer support is a plus.
