JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled automation and behavior simulation specialist to manage and simulate human-like activities on Reddit using auto-created accounts. This role involves developing and maintaining scripts that replicate natural user behavior, integrating accounts with anti-detection browser software, and ensuring randomized activity to prevent detection by Reddit’s algorithms.

Key Responsibilities
-Reddit Account Integration:
Automatically import Reddit accounts into MoreLogin or similar anti-detection browser software.
Ensure all activities utilize proxies for anonymity.
Behavior Simulation:
-Create and maintain scripts to simulate human-like behavior, including browsing, upvoting posts, joining subreddits, and interacting with content.
-Design activity schedules to avoid patterns, such as random session durations (10-20 minutes) 2-3 times per week.
-Ensure behavior mimics natural human actions, including:
Scrolling through subreddits.
Clicking posts, watching videos with varied durations.
Interacting with external links.
Using browser back buttons and ensuring Reddit’s tracking reflects human activity.
-Advanced Simulation Stages:
Implement scripts to automate comments generated using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Incorporate targeted affiliate comments into selected posts.
-Performance Monitoring:
Set up monitoring tools to report on account activity and performance.
Implement an alert system to notify the team of key events and necessary interventions.

Requirements:
Strong programming skills with experience in scripting for automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Familiarity with browser automation tools such as Selenium, Puppeteer, or anti-detection browsers like MoreLogin.
Experience with proxy management and anonymity tools.
Understanding of Reddit’s platform, its API, and user behavior patterns.
Ability to randomize activity to avoid detection and simulate organic interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience automating account creation and activity on Reddit or similar platforms, including experience navigating platform-specific restrictions and rate limits.
Deep understanding of anti-bot detection systems, including familiarity with techniques to avoid detection such as IP rotation, proxy management, browser fingerprinting, and cookie manipulation.
Expertise in using anti-detection browsers (e.g., MoreLogin, Multilogin, or similar) and browser automation tools like Selenium, Puppeteer, or Playwright.
Strong knowledge of CAPTCHA solving techniques, including automated CAPTCHA services or custom solutions.
Hands-on experience with managing large-scale proxy networks (residential, datacenter, or mobile) and ensuring efficient proxy performance for automation tasks.
Familiarity with Reddit's API and web scraping for non-API interactions to replicate human-like behavior on the platform.
Experience with randomized activity scheduling, session management, and behavior simulation to mimic human interaction patterns and avoid triggering platform suspicion.

Deliverables:
Scripts for automating account integration into anti-detection browsers.
Human-like behavioral scripts for randomized interactions on Reddit.
Reporting tools for monitoring and generating alerts based on account activity.
Benefits:
Flexible work environment.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation and behavior simulation technologies.
Competitive salary or contract rate based on experience.
How to Apply: Please submit your resume, along with a portfolio of relevant automation projects or GitHub repositories showcasing your work.
