Recruitment Specialist

Looking for a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to help our agency find only the best Filipino VAs for our UK clients.

This is a position with min 4 hours each day, but requires your full availability to work full time when required when we have more clients to process within short period of time. The position will grow to permanent full-time position over time.


ESSENTIAL Requirements:
- min 3 years experience in recruitment
- previous work in a similar role
- very high emotional intelligence
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- very good knowledge of Recruit CRM

You must be able to design and implement own recruitment process.

Hourly rate $5.00 - $10.00 - depending on your experience.
