About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to manage our hiring processes in both the U.S. and the Philippines. This role is critical in ensuring we attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent while promoting our company culture and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
Sourcing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that resonate with targeted candidate pools, leveraging social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the required skills and qualifications.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and their statuses in the recruitment system, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and the organization.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape to advise and identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment processes.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, professionals, and alumni to create a robust talent pipeline.
Preferred Technologies
Recruitment Software: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Communication Tools: Proficient in using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack for virtual communication.
CRM Systems: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools for candidate engagement.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms in both the U.S. and the Philippines.
