About the Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to join our team of virtual assistants. You will collaborate closely with virtual assistants and placement coordinators to ensure that we bring on the best candidates to meet our clients' needs. This role demands strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to the hiring process.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source candidates through various platforms and screen them to ensure alignment with client and company requirements.
Candidate Coordination: Manage and schedule interviews, keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with the client success team to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
Maintain Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Job Posting & Applicant Tracking: Post job listings on relevant platforms and use applicant tracking systems, like Salesforce, to manage the recruitment workflow efficiently.
Interview & Selection: Conduct initial candidate interviews, draft summaries, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate recruitment practices and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Support Onboarding: Ensure a seamless handoff to the onboarding team and address any pre-hire concerns from candidates.
Core Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR roles, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Previous experience in legal, administrative, or virtual assistant staffing is a plus.
Strong writing skills are essential for drafting clear interview summaries and communications.
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT for writing tasks is advantageous.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the legal or staffing industry.
At least 6 months of experience working as a Virtual Assistant, with insight into remote work dynamics and digital workflows.
