We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist. In Who We Are:

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing initial outreach to prospective candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms. Key responsibilities include candidate sourcing, list building, updating tasks, initiating sequences in PCR (ATS), organizing workflows and conducting initial outreach. You will also collaborate with our team to refine systems and processes, bringing creativity and initiative to enhance engagement strategies and streamline workflows. This position offers opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain comprehensive lists of qualified prospects within our niche utilizing ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean search strings, AI and other search techniques
Ability to work with and build workflows and tasks in an ATS (applicant tracking system)
Identify and assess prospects to ensure they fit the desired criteria provided by recruiter
Work with the team to develop and refine outreach strategies to increase response rates.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of existing outreach efforts, suggesting improvements and adjustments as necessary.
Provide regular progress reports and updates on lead generation activities.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and interactions with prospects.
Collaborate with the team to develop and optimize systems and processes for lead generation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and AI best practices to enhance outreach efforts.
Follow through with training materials provided

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role within the recruiting industry (experience with one or more of our primary industries is a plus).
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Windows, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and PCR or similar systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong observation and organization skills
Ability to understand and continue to learn about the marketplace
Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and think creatively and to share opinions and suggestions
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with the team and allowing for at least 6 hours of work per day overlap with US hours
Geographically preference - Manila or other major city
Must have excellent internet speed and access to two machines (laptop/computer/power generator)
