Recruitment Sourcer (Technical Roles)

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sourcer to support the recruitment of technical roles, including technicians, engineers, and other specialized positions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms, with a focus on building a strong candidate pipeline for a variety of technical positions in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates for technical roles (e.g., technicians, engineers) using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant sourcing platforms.
Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for various technical positions.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
Engage with candidates and manage the process from initial contact through interview scheduling.
Qualifications:

Proven experience sourcing candidates for technical roles, preferably in the US.
Strong expertise in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
Ability to assess technical qualifications and skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday (4 am to 1230 pm Philippines time)
