We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the delivery of top talent to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for identifying the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
-Candidate Sourcing and Screening
-Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
-Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
-Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews.
-Coordinate with clients and candidates to arrange interviews and follow-ups.
-Understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates.
-Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with recruitment services.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
-Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
-Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
-Utilize social media and other channels to promote job openings and attract candidates.
-Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including documentation and filing.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing or staffing company.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
