The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition process to ensure the business hires the best candidates to meet its growing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring new hires align with the company’s values and objectives.

Daytime hours, following Australian time.
Compensation:
$1500 to $2000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
Recruitment Process Management
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to hiring.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide recommendations to the leadership team.
Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both candidates and hiring teams.
Manage and maintain pre-hire requirements, conduct background check and tests in compliance with Workspaceco’s standards
Onboarding & Integration
Work closely with the Onboarding & Training Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company and set up for success and conduct an excellent company orientation
Metrics & Reporting
Track recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the Director of People.
Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Work with the Director of People to ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the company culture.
Help identify retention strategies and ensure the recruitment process aligns with long-term employee satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills
Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Greenhouse).
Strong interview and assessment skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment priorities.
Has a deep understanding of the Western culture and work standards, particularly Australian and US culture.
Career Growth Path:
Potential to evolve into a Senior Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead, or HR Director role.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in outsourcing for virtual assistant services.
Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and filling key roles.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Required leadership experience in a remote setup for at least 2 years
