Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a Part-Time/ Full Time HR Manager to take ownership of our recruitment process, streamline candidate sourcing, and manage a small team. This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable using HR platforms and applications. You will be responsible for managing recruitment pipelines, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers with candidate selection, all while ensuring smooth operations within the HR team. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Ilya, acting as his right-hand person to help scale HR processes and contribute to the broader goals of the company.


CAMPAIGN A : Full-Time Portfolio Manager / HR / Recruiting Manager:

- Help with recruiting
- Onboard the qualified candidates in the ATS system and put them through the process
- Handle the interview process
- Knowing how to write a boolean search for candidates

CAMPAIGN B : Part Time HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Candidate Management:

- Manage and oversee recruitment efforts across multiple platforms, including ClearCompany (ATS) and Culinary Agents Job Board.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and interview candidates based on company needs.
- Conduct video interviews with candidates and record them for internal review, ensuring a smooth and professional interview process.
- Supervise and manage a Virtual Assistant (VA) to ensure productivity, effectiveness, and timely completion of tasks.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment efforts and report progress regularly to the management team.
- Collaborate with Client to help shape and implement HR processes, ensuring they align with overall company goals.
- Act as the "right-hand person" to Ilya, providing strategic input and assisting with the delegation of HR-related tasks.
Platform & Tech Management:
- Assist with small updates to company social media channels and website as needed, ensuring content is current and aligned with company messaging.

RATE : $8 per Hour following US Timezones
