JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to join our HR team, specializing in international talent acquisition with a focus on H1B visa candidates. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing our global talent strategy while ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration regulations.

This will be a 1 to 2 month assignment for leading the engagement and recruitment of H1B Visa applicants, after this time the engagement may continue on a smaller scale to prepare for next years H1B lottery - as well as for general recruitment of remote workers.

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for H1B visa candidates, from initial sourcing through offer negotiation and visa processing
Partner with immigration attorneys to manage H1B visa applications, extensions, and transfers
Ensure compliance with Department of Labor requirements, including wage determinations and Labor Condition Applications
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all immigration-related processes
Provide guidance to hiring managers on immigration processes, timelines, and requirements
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and visa processing timelines

Future support:
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and international recruitment channels
Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top international talent



Required Qualifications:

5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focusing on international hiring and H1B visa processes

Experience working with immigration attorneys and managing visa applications
Strong understanding of DOL requirements and prevailing wage determinations
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated experience with HRIS and ATS systems

Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and USCIS procedures
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
Experience with other visa categories (L-1, TN, etc.)
Multilingual capabilities
Experience with global talent markets and international recruitment practices



Note: This position requires occasional travel and flexibility in working hours to accommodate international time zones.
