About Us:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant specialising in LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Platform, resume shortlisting, interviewing, personality testing, and final candidate recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Recruitment:
- Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Platform.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

- Resume Shortlisting:
- Review and shortlist resumes to match job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments.

- Interviewing:
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews.
- Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Personality and Psychometric Testing:
- Recommend and administer various personality and psychometric tests.
- Interpret test results to support hiring decisions.

- Final Recommendations:
- Provide a final recommendation list of top candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with staffing needs.

Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Platform sourcing.
- Strong ability to evaluate resumes and conduct interviews for shortlisting.
-Scheduling team meetings with Leadership team in Sydney for final applicant interviews.
- Previous experience with conducting personality and psychometric testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Certification in recruitment or HR is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Australian property and finance sector.
