JOB TITLE:
Recruitment Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source candidates
Update Application Tracking System
Conduct resume screening
Schedule candidates’ initial interviews with our Recruitment Specialists

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have recruitment experience
Prospecting experience is a plus
Experience in using any CRM/ATS
Must have good English skills (written and spoken)
Must be okay to use Hubstaff for time-tracking software without screenshots

COMPANY NAME:

WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday,
9:00am to 5:00pm,
Eastern Time with 1 hour paid break

WORK DURATION:
Long-term, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

PAYMENT METHOD:
Local Funds Transfer

PAYMENT FREQUENCY:
5th and 20th of the month
