POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruitment Assistant ensures the recruitment process operates at peak efficiency within the Human Resources team at Rocket Clicks. They coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communications, and assist with resume screening and initial candidate assessments. The role involves tracking candidate progress, managing follow-ups, and ensuring recruitment deadlines are met. The Recruitment Assistant also maintains candidate records, updates job postings, and ensures all recruitment materials are organized and current, contributing to a streamlined and efficient hiring process.

Pay range monthly: USD $800-$1200 monthly
Location: Remote-Philippines (100% Work From Home)
Work Schedule: 8AM to 5PM Central Standard Time
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (40 hours/week)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Screen applicant resumes based on hiring manager criteria, shortlisting qualified candidates.
Manage the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Handle routine communications with candidates, including interview invitations, confirmations, and follow-up messages about application status.
Create, post, and update job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
Conduct asynchronous candidate assessments (video responses, skills tests) and evaluate results.
Maintain up-to-date records on each candidate's status in applicant tracking system (ATS) throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Use social media, LinkedIn, or other networks to proactively source potential candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
Prepare documentation related to hiring such as offer letters, benefits previews.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Operate in fast-moving role, correctly prioritizing work across tasks and meetings for maximum impact.
Highly organized, demonstrated in accuracy and efficiency of calendars and schedules, record keeping, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar office software.
Experience with remote work software (ClickUp, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Upgrade to see actual info)
Prior experience using ATS platforms (preferably Rippling) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows is preferred
High drive and self-motivation requiring minimal supervision and fast learning of new skills and processes.

EDUCATION & EXPEREINCE:

1-3 years of proven experience in Recruitment or HR Support, ideally within a US-based organization.
4-year college degree or equivalent experiential knowledge
Prior experience working in a professional services organization
