-Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (9am - 5pm or 8am - 6pm California time, Monday - Friday)

IntuitionLabs is an AI-first marketing agency that provides a wide range of marketing services to our B2B tech clients. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating Job Postings: Craft engaging and informative job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Researching Other Positions: Conduct market research to benchmark roles and understand industry standards.
- Finding Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
- Screening Interviews: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Scheduling: Coordinate candidate rounds, interviews, and tests with hiring managers and candidates.
- Tracking KPI: Monitor and report on key performance indicators for our employees.
- Preparing Job Offers: Draft and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Managing ATS Tool: Oversee the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or HR work.
- Excellent verbal English skills.
- Availability during office hours (9am - 5pm or 8am - 6pm California time) is non-negotiable.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Reliable internet connection and a recent computer.
- High-quality headset for communication.

Application Process:


- Submit a 30-second video explaining why you are a good fit for the role.
- If selected, attend a 5-minute screening interview.
- Meet with the owner for a 30-minute interview.
- Complete a simple test for the position.
- Start working with a 2-week trial period.

Due Diligence and Verification:

- Provide a minimum of two work references.

Compensation:

- Hired as an independent contractor.
- Monthly salary paid on the 1st and 15th of every month.
- 20% of salary paid as a bonus based on objectives and KPIs set by the employee.
