As the final gatekeeper for quality and assurance, your discerning eye will guarantee that only the best candidates shine through to our clients.
Responsibilities of the Recruiting Account Manager:
Your responsibilities include:
Launching Client Requisitions
> Launch client requisitions by conducting thorough Kick-Off calls to assess recruiting and hiring needs and develop a comprehensive candidate profile
> Finding the bullseye!!
> Craft detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each role
Candidate Interviews
> Conduct final-stage interviews (when necessary) to:
> Address specific candidate-related questions
> Perform thorough checks before endorsing candidates for client interviews
> Ask tailored client-specific questions to candidates being re-profiled for different roles
> Schedule candidates for client interviews, confirm their attendance, and send timely reminders
Pipeline Management
> Proactively prospect through the existing candidate pipelines to identify qualified individuals for open requisitions
> Remove candidates from requisition pools/pipelines if deemed unqualified
> Add candidates to requisition pools if they align well with other roles
Candidate Skill Assessments
> Create tailored skill tests for each client role to ensure we find the bullseye
> Send client-specific skill tests to candidates following a successful initial interview
> Review and score completed skill tests, providing detailed diagnostics on candidates' performance
> Upload diagnostic reports to the ATS and client’s card in the CRM
Client Management
> Inform clients when a batch of candidates is ready for interviews
> Organize and schedule client interviews efficiently
> Send candidate CVs to clients for review
> Facilitate client interviews and share observations from interviews, skill assessments, and personality evaluations
> Obtain hiring decisions from clients and send NPS surveys following client interviews
> Share updates on client interviews with the team
> Communicate weekly updates on sourcing and screening activities to clients, ensuring transparency in the recruiting process
> Manage all client communications, promptly addressing any recruiting-related inquiries

Time
> Full Time, 9am-6pm PST (12am-9am MNL) with 1hr break
