JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Online Recruiter (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports To: Manager/ Company Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for various roles within our organization. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing a dynamic and fast-paced environment to grow your career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
• Utilize online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Onlinejobs.ph) to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Proactively search for passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Screening & Interviewing
• Review resumes and applications to ensure a strong match with job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
3. Recruitment Coordination
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
4. Employer Branding & Engagement
• Promote company culture and values through social media and recruitment campaigns.
• Develop creative job descriptions and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Engage with potential candidates and maintain relationships for future opportunities.
5. Administrative & Compliance Tasks
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Prepare reports on hiring metrics and recruitment performance.
6. Recruitment Strategy & Optimization
• Stay up to date with industry trends, job market conditions, and best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize sourcing channels for better candidate reach.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
o 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (remote experience preferred).
o Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.

• Skills:
o Professional-level English proficiency (writing, reading, listening, speaking)
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
o Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
o Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, and sourcing tools.
o High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Technical Requirements:
o Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
o Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
