We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with a strong background in sales to join our team. This role combines recruitment expertise with sales acumen to identify, attract, and engage top talent while fostering client relationships and driving hiring success. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Sales Integration: Leverage sales skills to effectively pitch job opportunities to candidates and promote company offerings to potential clients.
Negotiation: Manage the offer process by negotiating compensation and other terms with candidates while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals and drive successful outcomes.
Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipelines, placements, and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a demonstrated ability to successfully source and hire top talent.
Sales background with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment platforms.
Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in recruiting for sales or customer-facing roles.
Knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruitment.
Familiarity with compensation structures, market trends, and workforce planning.
Experience in BPO, tech, or staffing industries is a plus.
