The client is a global leader in IT and Security solutions, providing cutting-edge services to clients across the US and UK markets. We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter with expertise in volume recruitment, specifically within the BPO sector, to help us attract and onboard top-tier talent.
The Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates in the IT and Security domain. This role demands a deep understanding of the US and UK markets, volume hiring experience in BPO environments, and a proven ability to meet high-volume hiring goals while ensuring the best fit for both the company and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source top IT and Security talent for the US and UK markets.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring needs, ensuring positions are filled promptly with qualified candidates.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements and cultural fit.
- Utilize structured interview techniques and assessment tools to ensure high-quality hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Market Expertise
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices within the IT and Security niche.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies based on market dynamics.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering expertise in recruitment strategies and best practices.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment performance to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in volume recruitment within the BPO industry.
- Extensive recruitment experience in the US and UK markets.
- Strong knowledge of the IT and Security domains, including roles and skillsets.
- Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Competitive Compensation: $4-6 USD per hour
Employment Set-up: Fulltime, 40 hours per week. No Weekend Work needed
