Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to help source top talent in the Philippines for remote roles with U.S.-based companies. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Philippine talent pool, a proven track record in recruiting for various job roles, and the tools necessary to identify and engage qualified candidates. There will also be times when we recruit for roles based in the US, so experience in recruiting for US roles is also desired.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for roles such as Paralegals, Staff Accountants, Real Estate Virtual Assistants, and other remote positions.
• Leverage recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other tools to identify top talent.
• Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and interest in the role
Qualifications:
• Proven experience recruiting for remote roles across various industries.
• In-depth understanding of the Philippine talent pool
• Access to recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
