Recruiter (Healthcare Technology) – Remote

Hobson Associates, a leading U.S. executive search firm specializing in Technology and Healthcare Technology, is looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team. If you're a proactive talent hunter with expertise in LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit qualified healthcare technology professionals.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
• Collaborate with our recruiting team while working independently.

Requirements:
• 2+ year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM tools.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills (phone, video, email)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Persistent, tech-savvy, and people-oriented.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours/week (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST hours).
• Reliable workstation with a fast computer, mic, speakers, and stable internet.
• International recruiting experience is a plus.
