Recruiter & Brand Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Recruiter & Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team! This role is split evenly, with 50?dicated to full-cycle recruiting—sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent—and 50% focused on brand marketing, including social media management, SEO strategy, and enhancing our company's online reputation. Position Details:
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific Time
• Salary: $6,000 per year
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Remote (Must be available during US Pacific Time)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment (50%)
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain and improve the candidate experience.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

2. Brand Marketing (50%)
• Manage social media content and monthly posts to increase brand awareness.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve the company’s online visibility and reputation.
• Develop digital marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding.
• Analyze and optimize online content for search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and engagement.

Qualifications:
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding).
• Background in brand marketing, social media management, and SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Must be available during US Pacific Time business hours.
