Position: We are looking to hire 5 motivated remote recruiters to join our team.
Job Overview:
We are open to candidates at all skill levels preferably someone with experience in recruiting however we are open to hiring if it is the right candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing potential hires to onboarding new employees. Additionally, this role involves providing ongoing support to staff, addressing any inquiries to ensure a seamless employment.?

Key Responsibilities:
Message potential hires: Able to message qualified candidates for various cleaning roles using diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.?
Interviewing: Take interviews via video conferencing to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles within our company.?
Onboarding: Complete the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company and fully understand their responsibilities and our company culture.?
Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective support to address any concerns or questions.?
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Recruiting experienced preferred however we are open to entry level candidates
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.?
Technical Proficiency: Able to learn how to use recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and proficiency in using video conferencing tools for remote interviews.?
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple recruitment processes.?
Work Environment:
Equipment: Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable background to conduct remote interviews and manage recruitment tasks effectively.?
