Job Title: Remote Recruiter
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time / Contract
About Us: We are a dynamic and growing company seeking to expand our team. We value talented individuals who are passionate about helping others find the right opportunities. As we scale, we are looking to hire a Recruiter to help us find, attract, and hire top talent for a variety of roles.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct recruitment for a home caregiver.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and team needs.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates (via job boards, social media, networks, etc.).
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates for hiring managers.
• Post job ads, screen resumes, perform light background check, ensure completion of corporate application, collect/ verify documentation and assess candidates to ensure cultural fit and technical qualifications.
• Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers and ensure smooth interview processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on candidates, including interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation, ensuring seamless transitions for new employees.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a recruiter (preferably in remote or global hiring).
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience recruiting for various roles is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with social media and other online platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
