We are a fast-growing LA-based Advertising company seeking for a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the company's growing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates using online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Manage job postings and maintain an updated database of applicants.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and external recruiting partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or within an agency.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A creative and proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
