About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced recruiter to join our remote team. In this key role, you will support the hiring process for Virtual Assistants, maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates, drive end-to-end recruitment, and improve the candidate experience. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter with a proven track record in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and improving recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline for remote roles using various sourcing channels.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
- Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular insights to leadership.
- Job Description Creation: Write clear, compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders with timely updates.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly for remote roles.
- Strong experience in volume recruitment, agency hiring, and sourcing for remote positions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
