Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced recruiter to help us build a top-tier creative team. The recruiter will specialize in finding exceptional talent, including video editors, thumbnail designers, screenwriters, and other roles as needed, at the proposed budget. This is a flexible, contract-based position where you will be activated for specific talent searches. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the digital content space and is adept at matching the right talent to specific project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit talented professionals for various roles in the YouTube content creation process, including:
Video Editors
Thumbnail Designers
Scriptwriters
Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and portfolio evaluations to identify candidates who meet high-quality standards.
Develop job postings and use various platforms (freelance sites, social media, networks) to attract top-tier candidates.
Serve as the point of contact for all talent acquisition activities.
Negotiate rates and contracts with candidates to align with project budgets.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future projects.

Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in creative industries such as digital content, video production, or social media.
Strong network and ability to tap into platforms to source high-quality talent.
Familiarity with YouTube content creation, video production workflows, and design principles is a major plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to identify candidates who fit the unique style and needs of our channel.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Compensation:
Payment will be project-based and negotiated per talent search. You will be paid for each successful placement.
