We're looking for a motivated, talented and organized Recruiter to join our growing, international team. In this role, you will source, screen and interview candidates for different roles across Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales and Engineering and manage the whole recruiting lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, great problem-solving skills and be highly organized.


What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment efforts.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the software/tech industry.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using job boards, social media, and other creative channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- A passion for people and a knack for identifying top talent.
