Job Overview
We’re searching for a skilled recruiter with a deep understanding of the outsourcing sector and the Philippine job market to source, assess, and onboard reliable and skilled virtual assistants (VAs). The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, proven expertise in candidate assessment, and a commitment to identifying individuals who align with our values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and implement sourcing strategies specific to the Filipino market to attract top talent for virtual assistant roles.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to assess candidate reliability, skills, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build rapport with candidates, guide them through the interview process, and ensure a positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting positions, and coordinating interviews.
- Additional Support: Potentially assist with recruiting for other roles within OutsourceAid as the need arises.
- VA & Candidate Management: Once the VAs have been recruited and asked to join our team, one must check in on them, answer their questions, and ensure a healthy VA-Client relationship.
- Not necessary, but willingness and experience in this skillset will result in more hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-time recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on the outsourcing sector and the Filipino job market.
- Skills: Expertise in candidate assessment, sourcing, interviewing, and the ability to discern reliability and long-term fit.
- Remote Recruiting: Proven track record of recruiting remote employees, ideally virtual assistants, and familiarity with various online recruiting channels.
