JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
A Recording Specialist is responsible for transcribing account call recordings promptly and accurately while ensuring all details are logged and documented correctly.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Listen to the calls and transcribe them accordingly
Collect all the essential information mentioned in the call
Indicate the correct tagging based on the provided guidelines
Escalate issues found that require immediate attention
Update the call trackers within 24-48 hours
Checked the accounts’ ads ranking on a daily basis
Report the accounts that are not active to their designated AM
Complete the necessary trackers
Assist with the Month-End Call Booking
Reports directly to the COO

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree holder of any related course is a plus but not required.
Experience in transcribing/transcription, chat, or email support preferred.
BPO and CSR experience required
Proficient in Google Workspace
Excellent typing speed and listening skills
Familiar with accurate transcription tools
Should be a team player
Must be FLUENT in spoken and written English
Previous graveyard work experience preferred
Must be able to work a night shift for 8 hours, Monday-Friday EST
Must have the following: A) Own computer unit and backup; B) Stable postpaid internet connection and backup; C) and backup power supply.
