Receptionist & Lead Sales
Work Hours: Part Time | The shift requires to start at 9AM to 1PM Pacific Time zone
We are looking to hire a remote receptionist that is responsible in performing different administrative tasks such as but not limited to answering
The successful candidate must possess good customer service and sales skills.
Qualifications:
• Fast learner and attentive to instructions
• Must be tech savvy
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications
• Must be familiar with google suite especially google calendar
• Excellent phone,
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have an in-depth experience with Customer Service and Receptionist duties
• Must be familiar with different social media platforms
• Must be persuasive in tele sales
• Experience in BPO, contact center, and telemarketing is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Serves as a primary point of contact for the firm, ensuring professional and efficient communication via
• Offer a paid consultation to potential clients who’s seeking help with their legal concerns
• Coordinate and schedule consultations and maintaining an organized calendar
• Oversee and maintain contact lists, ensuring accurate record-keeping and strategic organization of client data.
• Proactively participate in the discussions about inquiries of the tea
• Maintain a high level of alertness and enthusiasm in doing the tasks
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time
• Act as a trusted liaison between clients and legal teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience.
• Assist with other administrative tasks in the operations
