Support our friendly team of 10 by handling all our incoming calls and assisting with the everyday operations of the business.
About our team:
Servicing the whole of WA, we are an emerging EPC company delivering renewable solar, wind and battery projects of scale. We take pride in delivering a range of scalable systems, with a niche in large commercial and standalone systems.
Role:
You will be primarily responsible for answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. You will be the first point of contact for all customers at GreenerTek. You will need to:
- Answer and handle incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Route/forward calls to the correct personnel or take messages
- Handle customer queries, complaints and resolving them in a timely manner
- Welcoming and collecting information from new customers
- Relaying information to the team effectively
- Assisting the team with day-to-day operations
- Provide basic information regarding solar to potential customers
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a receptionist/customer service role is desirable
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Advanced customer service skills
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve
- An optimistic and positive approach to work
- Professional demeanor
