Receptionist

Note: You can work for another client during these hours. All we ask is that you answer the phone when it rings. That’s it.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team and handle after-hours phone and text communication. The primary responsibility of this role is to answer inbound phone calls and reply to text messages, collecting basic client information and details about the service they require. You will also gather the best time for a callback. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time hours.


Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound phone calls from clients between 4 PM and 9 PM Pacific Time.
- Reply promptly to inbound text messages using a friendly and professional tone.
- Collect and document essential client information, including name, contact details, and the service they are interested in.
- Ask for and note down the client's preferred callback time.
- Provide clear and accurate responses to client inquiries using prepared templates and guidelines.
- Ensure all information gathered is passed along to the appropriate team for follow-up.

Requirements:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Professional Demeanor: Must be friendly, polite, and able to handle inquiries with professionalism and patience.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using phones, messaging platforms, and basic software for logging client information.

Availability: Must be available to work from 4 PM to 9 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.

Reliable Internet Access: This is a remote role, so you must have a stable internet connection.
