JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking full-time in-house Receptionist with Advance Mastery English for prominent local boutique firm specializing in Probate and Estate Planning (this is not real estate work but family members preparing their assets for transfer when they die or family members whose loved one died and they are seeking help gaining access to the dead person's assets). Must have 5 years experience in customer service and/or appointment setting with warm leads. The leads are demanding attorneys calling about a case, legacy planners, estate beneficiaries and unruly heirs. The successful candidate will complete an intake form to weed out new leads over tire kickers. The candidate must be firm while demonstrating empathy, compassion and patience. The candidate must follow-up on sales calls, previously made or not made, as a service check-in on warm leads. The successful candidate must manage, address and reply to all emails. Must act as gatekeeper for attorneys and support staff. Must manage appointments on their own after one week of training. Must send canned emails to warm leads after Attorney sales calls. Experience with Vonage is preferred and experience with Dubsado project management is a plus.
