We seek someone who demonstrates confidence and motivation and has at least two years of experience in lead generation and acquisition management roles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background and exhibit proficiency in communicating with sellers and negotiating and renegotiating agreements. Building rapport with clients is essential.
The candidate must be familiar with utilizing triple—and five-line dialers and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The ability to successfully close deals over the phone is a requirement. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit thoroughness and attention to detail in their work performance.
Familiarity with PropStream for identifying comparable properties, analyzing deals, and calculating Maximum Allowable Offers (MAOs) is essential. Experience with analyzing cash offers and creating innovative offers for wholesaling would be advantageous. Moreover, a background in disposition processes would be beneficial.
