As we expand, we’re seeking a motivated cold caller to join our team and help us reach landowners with integrity and respect.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making outbound calls to landowners using our proven scripts.
- Building genuine rapport through friendly and professional communication.
- Listening to landowners’ needs and identifying their interest in selling.
- Logging call results and updating our CRM system.
- Following up with potential sellers to guide them through the next steps.
What We’re Looking For:
- **Prior Real Estate Cold Calling Experience:** Familiarity with reaching out to landowners or sellers is a major plus.
- **Strong English Communication Skills:** You must have excellent spoken and written English.
- **Personable and Confident:** You thrive in conversations and build trust naturally.
- **Resilient:** You’re comfortable handling objections and staying positive.
- **Organized and Reliable:** You manage leads efficiently and keep detailed notes.
- **Tech-Savvy:** Experience with CRM tools or dialers is a bonus (training provided).
