JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, organized, and motivated Social Media Manager to establish and grow brand-new social media accounts for both the owner and the company. This role requires someone with the tools, expertise, and commitment to consistently produce high-quality content that aligns with our goals and drives engagement. The owners page will be sending him the information to make the content and send back to you to post. The company page will be you creating the content. AI videos are going to be the most important for most the platforms so be sure to know how to create AI videos. Pictures with words on them will work for some platforms as well.

The accounts will focus on real estate topics like Subject-to, Section 8, and real estate investing (plus more that we will decide on). Daily posting requirements are non-negotiable, so only apply if you have the capacity to meet them consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Owner’s Accounts:

Post 3 times daily across all platforms (Must not be the same post on the same day on multiple platforms)
1 React video.
1 Original video that encourages others to react.
1 Trending dance or theme-based video with added text to fit the real estate niche.
Company Accounts:

Post 1 time daily on each platform with professional, high-quality content that aligns with the company’s branding.
Ensure all content meets professional standards, including polished editing and creativity.

Develop and maintain a content calendar to stay on schedule and maximize engagement.

Curate relevant videos and identify trending ideas that align with our niche.

Analyze performance metrics regularly, providing insights and adjustments for improvement.

Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and interactive features like polls and Q&As.

Tools & Quality Expectations:

Candidates must have access to all necessary tools for video editing, scheduling, and content creation before starting.
Content must maintain a high standard of quality—inconsistent or low-effort work will not be accepted.
Must demonstrate the ability to handle the daily workload outlined above without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of results.
Expertise in video editing and access to necessary tools for producing polished, professional content.
Strong understanding of trends, hashtags, and platform-specific algorithms.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily posting requirements.
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
Hours & Pay:

Flexible schedule: 15-30 hours per week, depending on content needs.
Pay: $2-$4 per hour, with performance-based bonuses for achieving key metrics.
