The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land suitable for flipping. This role requires a sharp eye for opportunity, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has a proven track record in real estate acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential land acquisition opportunities using various tools and databases.
Conduct market analysis to determine property values, trends, and demand.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
Negotiate purchase agreements and ensure favorable acquisition terms.
Analyze potential risks and profitability of each deal.
Maintain accurate records and manage multiple acquisition pipelines simultaneously.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth acquisition-to-flip process.
Stay updated on real estate trends and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in land acquisition, real estate wholesaling, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of real estate contracts, negotiations, and market analysis.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Go High Level and automation systems.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other real estate tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
A passion for real estate and a drive to succeed.
