This role will work as the virtual executive assistant to the owner of a real estate company. You will have the opportunity to grow with the company as well as learn different aspects of the business including marketing, sales, finance, guest communication, managing a software system, responding to E-mails, creating presentations, updating records and more. This role will be responsible for answering some inbound calls and must have experience in customer service and be a strong problem solver.
Qualifications
• Daily availability during US business hours
• Excellent fluency in English - written and spoken
• Experience working remotely
• Ongoing access to high-speed internet
• Strong problem-solver
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
