Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Wholesaling Cold Caller to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and conversion through outbound cold calling efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses advanced communication skills, and has a proven track record in wholesale cold calling.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners to identify potential leads and opportunities for real estate wholesaling.
Learn and implement strategies for pulling lists of potential leads using various tools and databases.
Utilize skip tracing techniques to obtain accurate contact information for leads.
Upload leads into call management tools and maintain meticulous records of communications and outcomes.
Commit to making calls for 8 hours a day, consistently meeting and exceeding call quotas.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
Proven experience in wholesale cold calling is a must.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
