Real Estate Wholesale Cold Caller

We urgently seek a skilled Real Estate Wholesale Cold Caller with a strong background in real estate wholesaling to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on connecting with motivated sellers and expanding our property acquisition pipeline.

**Work Schedule:**
- Part Time (20 hours per week)
- US Pacific business hours

**Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to potential property sellers using the provided lead lists
- Utilize professional calling software (Batch Dialer) to maximize efficiency
- Identify and qualify motivated sellers
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and follow-ups

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in real estate wholesaling and cold calling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and calling software
