JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a dynamic real estate investment company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations and be proficient in various software and platforms used in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch Control Texting:

Manage and execute mass texting campaigns using Launch Control.
Handle follow-ups and responses to text inquiries promptly and professionally.
Salesforce Lead Management and Systems Implementation:

Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce.
Implement and manage new systems within Salesforce to improve lead tracking and management.
Monthly Sales Report Documenting:

Compile and prepare monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data and present findings to management.
Tax Foreclosure List Scrubbing:

Scrub monthly tax foreclosure lists for Cabarrus, Rowan, and Stanly counties.
Identify and highlight key properties for potential investment.
Daily Foreclosure Attorney List Scrubbing:

Review and scrub daily foreclosure attorney lists.
Identify properties and update records accordingly.
Daily Sub-Trustee Searches:

Conduct daily sub-trustee searches for Cabarrus, Rowan, and Stanly counties.
Document and report findings to the team.
Virtual Driving for Dollars:

Use virtual tools to identify vacant lots in Cabarrus and Rowan counties.
Document properties and update the database with relevant information.
Auction Site Scrubbing:

Regularly review auction sites such as auction.com, xome.com, etc.
Identify potential investment opportunities and document findings.
Wholesaler Email Tracking:

Track and monitor all wholesaler emails.
Identify properties listed at higher than market value and follow up with the sellers after 30 days.
Buyers List Management:

Add new contacts to the buyers list.
Maintain and update the buyers list regularly.
Social Media Management:

Post updates about buyers lists in relevant Facebook groups.
Engage with group members and respond to inquiries.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
Familiarity with Launch Control or similar texting platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Basic understanding of real estate investment principles is a plus.
