Our Virtual Assistant will be responsible for ongoing support for our business and for the founders. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Communicate with potential customers via message in our CRM system using our script
Organize and manage seller leads in CRM system
Calendar management and scheduling calls
Manage social media accounts
If you have experience in the following areas, it’s a PLUS!
You have experience with REI Software or other client relationship management software
You have experience in the real estate industry
You have experience using Google Suite (mail, docs, drive, calendar, hangouts, etc.), Slack and Docusign.

Coachable/no ego – happy doing high level projects as well as mundane administrative tasks (there will be a mix of both!)

Outstanding communication skills / Ability to create strong relationships with vendors, contractors, customers, key people from other organizations
Strong ability to solve problems (creative problem solving)
Not locked into working 9-5, but embraces an “until it gets done” attitude
