Real Estate Virtual Assistant and AutoCAD Operator (Male Applicants Only)

Type: Part-time

Hours: 4 per day, 20 per week

Rate: $5 per hour

Responsibilities:

(1). Perform data entry and analysis.

(2). Create floor plans using AutoCAD.

(3). Property management and Identify new deal.

Requirements:

(1). Proficiency in Excel, including data entry, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP formulas.

(2). Experience with AutoCAD for drafting floor plans.

(3). Strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
