Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Wholesaling Real Estate Experienced Preferred)

Location: Philippines-based VAs only (Remote Work)
Core Activities & Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Conversion
-Manage incoming leads from various channels (e.g.,
-Accurately enter and update lead data into the CRM system (e.g., Flow Fusion).
-Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales pipeline.
-Assist in converting leads into contracts by collaborating with the Real Estate Closer to facilitate negotiations and deals.
-Ensure all contracts and necessary documents are accurate and submitted on time.
2. Administrative Support
-Provide daily administrative assistance to ensure smooth business operations.
-Follow and maintain customized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for day-to-day tasks.
-Document and update processes as needed to improve workflows.
-Manage calendars, appointments, and task lists for the CEO.
3. Skip Tracing & Market Research
-Conduct skip tracing to identify property owners and contact details.
-Perform detailed market research to locate off-market vacant lots and build builder lists.
-Analyze data to assist with pricing, underwriting, and lead prioritization.
4. Builder List Development
-Research and compile targeted lists of active homebuilders based on their buying criteria.
-Maintain and update these lists within the CRM for ongoing use.
-Communicate with builders to obtain their updated criteria and requirements.
5. Collaboration & Communication
-Serve as the communication bridge between departments (Acquisition, Disposition, and Admin).
-Work closely with Real Estate Closers, cold callers, and other tea
-Respond promptly to

-Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and strategies to improve job performance.
-Actively participate in tea
-Identify areas for growth and take initiative to develop new skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong real estate VA experience (wholesaling real estate is a plus).
- Proficient in CRM systems like Flow Fusion or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a minimal accent.
- Confident handling phone calls, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
- Self-motivated leader who thrives when working independently.
- Experienced in skip tracing, market research, and building targeted contact lists.

- Starting Pay: $6/hour during training (2-3 weeks).
- Pay Increase: $7-$8/hour after training, based on performance and experience.
