Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities
Project Management – Experience with Notion or similar tools.
Real Estate Listings – Familiarity with PropertyGuru, EdgeProp, PropNex (or willingness to learn).
WhatsApp Broadcasts – Experience using WaSender or similar tools.
Real Estate Processes – Knowledge of buying/selling workflows & required documents (or willingness to be trained).
Client Handling – Managing timelines, scheduling viewings, and ensuring a smooth process.
Property Listings Management – Keeping listings updated & optimized.
Social Media Management – Managing client DMs and inquiries professionally.

Work Requirements
Fluent in English (Understanding Chinese is a bonus but NOT required).
Full-time commitment – If you dare to commit, we promise career, financial, and personal growth.
Remote-first role – 95% remote, with the opportunity to travel to Singapore at least once a year.
Real Estate Experience – Minimum 1 year of experience in the industry.
Location-Specific – You must be based in NCR or Davao City (Do NOT apply if you're outside these areas).
Stable Internet & Power Backup – This role requires reliability.
