???? Work Hours:

Month 1: 10 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 12 PM PST)
Month 2+: 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 12 PM - 4 PM PST)
???? Compensation: $500/month (for 20 hours/week in Month 2)
???? Experience Required: Real estate underwriting, broker/seller outreach, automation & spreadsheet expertise

About the Role
I’m looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my real estate investment business. The ideal candidate will have experience in underwriting, broker/seller outreach, and CRM/email management. Over time, you'll take on more responsibility in deal analysis, allowing me to focus on high-level strategy.

This is a long-term role with the potential for growth as you demonstrate value.

Key Responsibilities
???? Outreach & Follow-ups

25 broker calls weekly (5 per day)
25 direct seller calls weekly (5 per day)
Follow-up broker calls for underwriting
Call counties, contractors, and insurance providers to gather property details
???? Underwriting & Analysis

5 deal underwrites per week (1 per day)
Assist in CapEx forecasting & asset management
Help organize and analyze deal flow
Create a detailed SOP from my recorded Loom videos (transcribing and filling in missing steps)
???? Operations & Admin Support

Manage my inbox (draft replies but do not send)
Schedule 3 Friday calls weekly via Calendly (pull data from Google Forms)
Update CRM (GoHighLevel) and shared to-do lists
Set up & manage Slack automations (Zapier) for deal updates
Ideal Candidate
?? Fluent in English (neutral accent, confident speaker)
?? Spreadsheet wizard (Google Sheets, Excel)
?? Underwriting experience (real estate investment)
?? Real estate knowledge (broker/seller outreach, market research)
?? Process-oriented (SOP creation, automation setup)
?? Tech-savvy (Zapier, Notion, Slack, OpenPhone, GHL)

Have worked in real estate before handling calls and underwriting
Can set up automations (Zapier, Notion, Slack integrations)

Month 1: 10 hours/week ($250/month)
Month 2+: 20 hours/week ($500/month)
Work Monday-Friday, Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Opportunity for increased hours/pay as responsibilities grow
