Role Overview: As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Sales Specialist), you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. Your primary focus will be on assisting with administrative tasks, lead management, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, agents, and prospects. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

Lead Management:
Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales agents.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
Administrative Support:
Handle email correspondence, calendar management, and document preparation.
Assist with listing coordination, including uploading property details and photos to our website and other platforms.
Prepare contracts, agreements, and other paperwork.

Client Communication:
Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate property showings and open houses.
Provide exceptional customer service.

Market Research:
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and property values.
Assist in gathering data for market analyses and property research.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a real estate VA for an Australian company (sales support).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Proficient in utilising real estate software and tools (CRM systems, listing platforms, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype).
