Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Respond promptly to inbound leads through phone,
Qualify leads based on specific criteria for vacant land acquisitions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Seller Outreach:
Contact vacant landowners via phone and
Build rapport with property owners, understand their needs, and present competitive offers.
Negotiate purchase terms to secure favorable deals for the company.
Market Research:
Research market data, including land values, zoning regulations, and local demand, to determine the potential profitability of properties.
Provide analysis and insights to support informed decision-making on acquisitions.
Administrative Support:
Manage and update property records, transaction documentation, and acquisition databases.
Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction closings.
Track follow-up processes with sellers to maintain pipeline progress.
Communication:
Deliver excellent customer service to property owners, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Collaborate with the team and provide regular updates on lead progress and acquisition results.
Qualifications:
Language Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English with minimal accent. Ability to communicate professionally and clearly.
Experience: Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or related fields is highly preferred. Experience with vacant land transactions is a strong plus.
Tech Skills: Proficiency with Go High Level CRMs, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Zoom and Slack.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Availability: Must be available during U.S. business hours to respond to leads and manage tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the vacant land investment niche, including evaluating rural, urban, or undeveloped properties.
